As PABRA deals in women's intimate innerwear, we follow strict hygiene standards to protect the health and safety of all our customers.

Panties

For hygiene reasons, panties cannot be returned or refunded in the following situations:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer.
  • Comfort or fitting concerns.
  • Change of mind.
  • Colour or assortment preference.
  • Personal expectation regarding fabric feel or product quality where the delivered product matches the product description.

Panties Eligible for Return

A return or refund request will be accepted only if:

  • The product received is damaged during transit.
  • The parcel is missing product(s).
  • An incorrect product has been delivered.

Mandatory Proof

To process any such claim, customers must provide a complete unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened until all products are fully displayed.

Photographs alone will not be accepted as proof.

Claims submitted without a complete unboxing video cannot be processed.


Bras

Bras may be returned or exchanged in the following situations:

  • Size does not fit as expected.
  • Genuine comfort or fitting issues.

The returned bra must:

  • Be unused.
  • Be unwashed.
  • Be free from stains, perfume or deodorant.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.

PABRA reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


Return Approval

Customers must contact PABRA and obtain return approval before sending any product back.

Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.


Return Shipping

Approved returns must be sent through India Post to the return address provided by PABRA.

For approved returns due to:

  • Damaged products
  • Wrong products
  • Missing products
  • Approved bra size or comfort issues

PABRA will reimburse the return shipping charges.

The reimbursement will be limited to the amount of forward shipping cost originally incurred by PABRA.

If the customer's return postage is less than the original forward shipping cost, PABRA will reimburse the actual lower amount paid.


Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, PABRA will process the approved refund or replacement.

Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made through bank transfer or any other mutually agreed payment method.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.

Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
